On jQuery, 95% of sites with a largest shift under 0.01 largest single layout shift score have a good CLS, against 91% of jQuery sites with a largest shift of 0.01 to 0.10. Within jQuery, sites with a largest shift under 0.01 have a good CLS more often. On Vue, 96% of sites with a largest shift under 0.01 largest single layout shift score have a good CLS, against 92% of Vue sites with a largest shift of 0.01 to 0.10. When a single layout jump blows the entire 0.10 CLS budget

Google's Good CLS threshold is 0.10. Across 17,777 shifting sites (37.8%) whose largest single shift stays below 0.01, 95% pass field CLS, and across 16,588 sites (35.3%) at 0.01 to 0.10, 91% pass. Once a single jump lands between 0.10 and 0.25 (14.3%), good field CLS drops to 77%, and when a single shift exceeds 0.25 (12.5%, 5,884 sites), only 76% pass field CLS.
